25 in 25
To mark our twenty-fifth year in business we set ourselves a target. Help twenty-five hospices, care organisations, charities or community groups improve their digital reach, with our time, our skills and a fixed pot of free hours.
The list isn’t full yet. New projects open at the start of each quarter and we publish progress on this page so you can see what’s been done, what’s in flight, and what’s next.
Why we’re doing it
Most agencies in our sector dabble in pro bono. Hour here, free logo there. We wanted to do it properly. A target you can count, projects you can see, and a real number of hours we’ve ringfenced.
What a project looks like
Every project starts with a free review. From there, depending on the cause and the brief, we may:
- Audit the existing site and write a prioritised action plan.
- Rebuild the donation journey or volunteer signup pages.
- Rewrite key content for clarity and search.
- Train a member of staff or a volunteer to keep the site current.
- Hand over a small grant of paid hours to be used as the cause sees fit.
The size of each project varies. Some are full rebuilds, some are an audit, some are a stack of small wins delivered over a fortnight.
