Help for a website that is letting you down
Websites go wrong in a hundred ways. Some go wrong loudly, hacked, offline, or throwing errors at customers. Most go wrong quietly: slow pages, a form that stopped sending, an agency that stopped answering, a CMS nobody in the building knows how to drive any more. Whichever kind you have, tell us what is happening and someone senior will look at it the same working day. How it works
- Fill in the form below and tell us what is going wrong, in your own words. Screenshots and error messages help, but “it just feels broken” is a perfectly good start.
- A senior person, not a ticket queue, reads it and triages it the same working day.
- We tell you what we think is wrong, what it will take to fix, and whether it is urgent. If it is a five-minute fix we will often just tell you the fix.
- If it needs proper work you get a fixed written quote before anything is done. Nobody starts a meter running.
What we regularly rescue
- Sites that are down, defaced or behaving strangely after a suspected hack.
- Sites abandoned mid-project or orphaned when an agency closed, disappeared or stopped replying.
- Sites the team can no longer update, because the CMS is outdated, fragile or was never handed over properly.
- Sites that have slowed to a crawl, on hosting nobody can name, with logins nobody can find.
- Sites that work but underperform, where something specific is quietly strangling enquiries.
What we will not do
Use your bad week as leverage. Rescue work is quoted the same way as everything else, a fixed figure in writing, and if the honest answer is that your current agency should fix it for free under their own obligations, we will tell you that too.
