The one-line version: you tell us about your site, a senior person spends real time on it, and within seventy-two working hours you get a written review with the three things we would fix first. Here is what happens in between.
First, we read what you told us. That sounds like a low bar, but most free audits in this industry are automated reports with a logo on them, generated in ninety seconds and understood by nobody. Ours starts with your words about what is frustrating you, because a site that “looks fine but the phone stopped ringing” is a different investigation from a site that never rang at all.
Then we run the checks. Speed, because slow pages lose visitors before anything else gets a chance to. Search visibility, meaning what you rank for, what you should rank for, and what is standing in the way. The enquiry journey, walked end to end on a phone, because that is where most sites quietly leak. And accessibility, because one in five of your visitors has a disability that affects how they use the web, and the law increasingly expects your site to work for them.
What you get is two or three pages in plain English, with the three most valuable fixes first and an honest note about whether your site needs a tune-up, a refresh or a rebuild. Those are three very different invoices, and knowing which one you actually need is worth the read on its own.
As for why we give it away: some reviews turn into work for us, and plenty do not, and both outcomes are fine. A business that takes our review to another agency still learned what good looks like from us, and the industry gets one fewer horror story. We can live with that trade all day.
